About ✦ Changemaker
Growth, Transformation, and AI Strategist by day. Sneakerhead by nature.
Hi, I'm Cole
I'm a business and marketing growth architect who turns innovation into influence.
I'm the oldest of four boys, born and raised in Cody, Wyoming, the rodeo capital of the world. I still have a 307 area code, and no, it's not spam. It's just home. I went to college on a swimming and diving scholarship, and came out a 3-time All-American and 3-time team captain. I'm a sneakerhead, and these days I spend my time painting, eating my way through new cities, and chasing whatever inspires me next.
With nearly two decades of experience leading and partnering with global brands, including Samsung, Motorola, Sony, Kraft, Disney, and General Mills, and working at powerhouse agencies including Ogilvy, 360i, Edelman, and McGarryBowen, I've built my career solving hard problems in crowded categories. I operate at the intersection of brand transformation, AI acceleration, cultural relevance, and performance marketing, building disciplined growth systems that connect storytelling to measurable impact.
Most recently, as Vice President of Brand and Digital Marketing at TCL North America, I led integrated brand, digital, eCommerce, and performance strategy that helped make TCL the fastest-growing consumer electronics brand in the United States for two consecutive years. I helped drive significant year-over-year growth, elevate brand perception, modernize operations, build high-performance teams, and strengthen partnerships with major retailers and global platforms, including the NFL and the International Olympic Committee.
From CPG to entertainment and technology, I remain focused on one outcome: helping brands compete above their weight and capture disproportionate market share.

What changes when I show up
The operating beliefs
- Most marketers solve the wrong problem. They treat symptoms and spend on tactics before anyone has diagnosed the actual cause. I diagnose first.
- Culture is a growth lever, not a vibe. Attention you earn by being part of the moment beats attention you rent.
- If you can't measure it, you don't really believe in it. Change without a scoreboard is just chaos with a deck.
- Creativity and commerce aren't in conflict. The best creative work is also the best-performing work. I've never had to choose.
- Challenger brands win by being smarter, not louder. Bigger budgets lose to sharper strategy more often than anyone admits.
- Stories without strategy are entertainment. Strategy without stories is a spreadsheet. Growth needs both, wired together.
The bottom line
Every company was different. The result wasn't.
If growth at your company requires change, that's the exact job I've done for nineteen years. Let's talk about yours.
